Regularly use Bristol Street to service my Nissan. Friendly, helpful staff, got a call to say the car was ready to collect while watching the video review of the car! Only slight niggle is the amount of contact via txt and email. If I say I will be there, I will be there! (Not the garages fault I suspect, but Bristol St software in overdrive!)

Dropped car off Wednesday for service & MOT. No communication received at all so I telephoned at 16.15 on the Thursday only to be told car not ready as technicians had left early due to the weather. I appreciate the weather is out of everyone’s control but the lack of communication was not acceptable. The person I spoke to did apologise and say that they would have contacted me before they closed at 18.00. Also the balance from my service plan doesn’t appear to have been deducted from my bill?
