Booked main dealer oil service at Bristol Street for my Tucson, had an 8.15 slot thinking I could probably get off to work for around 9. Later I had courtesy call from Bristol Street confirming my 8.15 slot but then I was told that the car might not be ready until 5pm, I had to cancel the appointment as it didn't fit in with my schedule to leave the car all day. I can't see the point of your site booking slots that Bristol Street can't honour as they seem to work on a drop off basis.

Wash and vacuum never happened. Engine fault on car not well described. Four phone calls made to garage with promises to return my calls, and never did, even though car was ready so a two hour collection delay. Paperwork still not ready after collection time.
