Used their self checkout service , turned up on time , parked on the spot, dropped keys ,in locker", waited over 3 hours , eventually I went in until to find out about my car , only to be told that their computer in the self checkout didn't registered me and it was some sort of computer glitch and they didn't do the m.o.t , could I come back Monday , so after 3 hours wait I had to make my own way back home and I haven't got a car for two days

Apparently if you get a cheap quote (third party websites)then Bristol Street motors won't use genuine parts and thus your warranty won't be valid. I'd to buy a major service for the price of £369 so I can keep the warranty in place. Bristol street motor is misleading customers.

First time using this garage for mot and service. Took 3 days to complete and communication was poor. Lucky had a few days off otherwise i would have been fuming bacause of the length of time it took to do.Though received a complimentary car clean. Price was reasonable ish.

Thank you for the feedback. Sorry to hear about you experience in regard to the length of time it took for the work to be carried out. Sometimes this can happen depending what has been advised or picked up on when a site carries out a vehicle health check as a duty of care and you proceed with this. We are only a booking facilitator and we pick up with the garage about better communication once the booking has been made.
