Monisha did a great job on the customer service. Service of car and MOT were good value but when I learnt at the end of the day that my car had failed it’s MOT I felt I had little choice but to accept the inflated dealership prices for the repair. In future I will get a pre MOT check carried out to give choice of having repairs done elsewhere.
