I was over charged.. I had asked for extra work to be done but it was not completed.. not happy with the service and when we were told we were told we had to wait for a phone call.

I booked my car for its first service, online check in was a great idea and saved time. Kept updated whilst car in the garage, live video of car health check. Pleasant waiting area with drinks, friendly staff, service completed, no additional costs … and a clean car!

I was very dissapointed they did not carry out the job properly as there was no breakdown of what they did and didn’t stamp my book so had to go back my car back uncleaned and I had to pay an extra £70 to another garage After the service to put some stabilisers in which we’re hanging off and they did not tell me about so I don’t really know what I paid for ?? Apart from an oil change and it cost me £180 so I will not be using this service again
