Great service from dropping to picking my car. A kind gentleman showed directed me to a reserved of king space. I hesitated to book as got a VwTiguan and always service with Vw dealership whilst they were Citroen. I was reassured that all parts needed or changed would be Vw (German). I’ve also realised that Vw used to be Bristol motors before becoming Vertu. Gone through the checks and advise on things which might need changing in future. On the top got my car super clean. Happy days

Got a good deal on a full service & mot. This was carried out very thoroughly & efficiently. Any contact with staff was great especially being shown where to park.However, the heavy reliance on technology especially when work needs to be done needs improvement. I ended up buying tyres elsewhere when I saw the high price initially quoted, to find out later that you would've price matched. Which I would've preferred to use you if I had known. The car wash & vacuum was a nice touch too.
