My car was booked in for a service and MOT. It cost me over £1300 for work that needed doing,which I don't mind,but the car came back to me scratched and absolutely filthy. I reported this at the time of collection and the chap I saw took photos and said he would report back to his manager who would be in touch with me. I have heard nothing despite me recently sending an email to customer services too. Poor service and wouldn't use again. Last time my car had a full service it was valeted.
