My car was booked in for a service and MOT. It cost me over £1300 for work that needed doing,which I don't mind,but the car came back to me scratched and absolutely filthy. I reported this at the time of collection and the chap I saw took photos and said he would report back to his manager who would be in touch with me. I have heard nothing despite me recently sending an email to customer services too. Poor service and wouldn't use again. Last time my car had a full service it was valeted.

Far too much focus on upsell rather than what the job was booked in for Late clarification on parts not being manufacturers parts Poor Clean Check out process non-automated, time consuming and paper-based Focus on the customer seems to be completely forgotten in this dealership, spent 20 minutes to complete the checkout process, most of this time spent queueing at the service desk
