From online booking to picking up the serviced car it was a very professional and friendly service. Cost was as quoted and received a video of the ongoing work. Car was ready at the time stated. They even updated my SatNav maps while doing the service and checked an issue with passenger side keyless entry which should be fixed under warranty at a later date. Thank you to the gentleman on the service desk who walked me through the process.
