Good service, polite staff and helpful. I thought having a main service on my car would include top ups of washer fluid. Brake fluid etc but was surprised I had to pay extra for this. Also £20 to replace a headlight bulb i found a bit steep. On the plus side, did get my car washed and vacuumed.

I had a very negative experience with this garage. They failed my car for its MOT, claiming it needed work done which would cost thousands. When I picked it up after the weekend as I was unable to get there on the Saturday, the battery was flat which has never happened before so it clearly wasn't taken care of. I went elsewhere and sorted out all the problems many of which were minor in reality for a fraction of the price. Will never go to Baylis again.
