We are sorry to see a review like this and as a customer you felt like the garage was 'not interested' I assure you we are interested in all appointments booked, however on your occasion, as the email sent to you stated, the date you requested your booking on we were fully booked that day and to request a different date. You didn't reply to that so nothing got resolved.

Absolutely brilliant from booking to vehicle delivery! Car collected, service and MOT completed and car returned on time 😁 great communication. Couldn't fault them. Competitive prices. will be using again.
