Right from the start of booking online for a service and MOT the garage were accommodating to my personal situation. My car was collected from address at stated time, I was kept informed throughout the day and car returned when said.

My car was in for an MOT, I only really came into contact with the receptionist but she was friendly and helpful, the MOT was well priced and my car passed so was obviously pleased! :)
