Booked my 2yr service and they found a parking sensor was faulty and would phone me when the part was in which they did, booked in and had it fitted. Have to say on both visits the service was excellent very polite and efficient and they even washed and vacuumed inside the car on both visits. Brilliant!!

I cannot comment on the service provided because my MOT was cancelled over the phone. Very poor and I won't be using Grenson again
